Job Description:
Supports in the maintenance of the GeoRiskPH Integrated (Database) System
Supports the 3D Earth Risk/ GeoRiskPH team
Assists in publishing scientific papers or publishes papers in scientific journals
Writes technical papers
Assists in the conduct of research on risk assessment methods related to 3DP
Generates relevant maps
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geography, Geodetic or any Engineering related courses are encouraged to apply
Experience/Training/Competency
Knowledgeable and skilled GIS applications preferably ArcGIS
Critical thinker/ Analytical

Job Description:
Supports admin-related
Coordinates with Technical Working Group and stakeholder meetings
Records minutes of the meetings
Drafts related administrative reports, as may be required by supervisors
Preferably able to review and draft contracts, Memorandum of Agreements, and other related documents
Preferably able to propose marketing strategies for the promotion of the GeoRiskPH Project
Coordinates with BAC, and ensures timely delivery of supplies and equipment
Submits documents for bidding, procurement, etc.
Able to submit proposals for the purchase of basic IT and project-related needs
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Experience/Training/Competency
Keen attention to details
Preferably with knowledge on patent applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office
