Audio-Visual Facilities Production, Documentation and Archive System – Achieve System
Contract Duration:
May – June 2023 (can be renewed if performance is at least satisfactory)
Job description:
■ Converts slide/negative of PHIVOLCS old raw photos (slide, negatives, etc.)
■ Archives converted photos and other audio-visual materials with proper labeling and indexing
■ Assists in the development and production of audio-visual materials
■ Set ups and operates audio-visual equipment
■ Performs routine maintenance/ check-up of archive work station computers and back-up storage
■ Performs other tasks that may be assigned
○ Educational background
■ Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Audio-Visual, Development Communication, Library Science or any related courses are encouraged to apply
○ Required skills and qualities
■ Proficient in Basic MS Word and PowerPoint
■ Advance skills in MS Excel
■ Basic Knowledge in relational database management system software
■ Experience in using DSLR camera preferred
■ Skills in photography and videography
■ Advance skills knowledge in Adobe photoshop, lightroom and other image editing software
■ Knowledge in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Filmora, etc.)
■ Knowledge in different cameras operation/settings, lenses, shot composition, technique, and lighting
