Brief Description of the Position
• Prepares and submits Budget Execution Documents (BED), Budget and Financial Accountability Report (BFAR), to DBM and other reports required by various agency such as but not limited to DBM, COA and DOST;
• Reconciles the Financial Report of Operations to the Registry of Funds;
• Monitors monthly the Registry of Funds;
• Assists the supervisor in the preparation, consolidation and submission of the budget proposal;
• Perform other functions as may be assigned
