Brief Description of the Position
• Recruitment: Post vacancies, conduct background investigation, prepare assessment report of applicants;
• Onboarding: Conduct orientation of new employees; L&D: Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate the activities of the learning and development cycle such as learning needs analysis, design/enhancement of training modules, delivery of training sessions, and assessment of training effectiveness;
• Perform other functions as may be assigned

Brief Description of the Position
• Handles procurement monitoring of goods and services and prepares documents related to acceptance of the delivery;
• Handles submission to COA of requirements related deliveries;
• Communicate with suppliers, end-users and inspector related to delivery schedule, delivered goods and warranty requirements;
• Preparation of property numbering, tagging of delivered goods and releasing to end-users;
• Handle inventory of all OOE and prepare reports of inventory requirements;
• Prepare simple dashboard of delivery monitoring and releasing;
• Handles the monthly status of projects and funds;
• Perform other functions as may be assigned.
