Job description:
■ Perform Operational Tasks as assigned by the supervisor
■ Assist in the maintenance of the Seismic Hazard Assessment and Design Earthquake of the Philippines (SHADE) Project
■ Undertake daily Seismic Hazard Assessment and Design Earthquake of the Philippines (SHADE) tasks and duties
○ Educational background
■ Bachelor of Science degree in Geology, Civil Engineering, Applied Physics, Computer Programming
○ Required skills and qualities
■ Can work well with a team, innovation, can work independently
■ Conduct research based on accelerometer data behavior
■ Can program and debug C+=, Python Fortran programming language
■ Can and willing to go on long and frequent fieldwork
■ Be able to create and manipulate maps in GIS or any mapping tools ARGIS, QGIS and GMT.
