Job Description
- Handles inventory report of all PPE including those from GIA funded projects and donated PPE.
- Analyze and reconcile all PHIVOLCS Property, Plant and Equipment against the Accounting records.
- Accept delivery of goods and prepares documents related to acceptance of the delivery.
- Handle tagging of delivered goods.
- Assist in the preparation of all documentary requirements for Negotiated Procurement.
- Prepare correspondence and report for submission to COA and other agencies
