Brief Description of the Position:

- Reporting to the Section Head and the Resident Volcanologist
- Perform normal and emergency mode monitoring duties and responsibilities
- Assist in sustaining the functionality, upkeep and efficiency of the Volcano Observatories and help maintain and secure its monitoring assets
- Collaborate and assist colleagues on fieldwork
- Participate in other monitoring Research and Development
- Perform other functions as may be assigned

Brief Description of the Position:
- Reporting to the VOO Section Heads and the Resident Volcanologist, the successful candidate will be assigned to Kanlaon Volcnao Observatory.
- He/She will perform normal emergency mode monitoring duties and responsibilities, assist in sustaining functionality, upkeep and efficiency of the VOs and help maintain and secure its monitoring assets.
- He/She will also be specifically responsible for the preventive maintenance of RP vehicles of KVO and other VOs when assigned.
- He/She will further assist colleagues on fieldwork, participate in other monitoring R&D and perform other tasks and responsibilites assigned by supervisors.
