Brief Description of the Position:
- Reporting to the Section Head of the Volcano Database Development Section, the successful candidate will be responsible for helping accomplish the goals and targets of the Volcano Database Management Section (VDM).
- He/she will be tasked with application development and digital solutions for the Philippines’ volcano monitoring data, applying new database programming techniques and technologies, helping improve and maintain the integrity of PHIVOLCS’ volcano monitoring database, and performing other responsibilities assigned by his/her supervisors.

Brief Description of the Position:
- Reporting to the VOO Section Heads and the Resident Volcanologist, the successful candidate will be assigned to a Volcano Observatory.
- He/She will perform normal and emergency mode monitoring duties and responsibilities as personnel of their respective Vos, assist in sustaining the functionality, upkeep and efficiency of the Vos and help maintain and secure its monitoring assets.
- He/She will collaborate and assist colleagues on fieldwork and participate in other monitoring R&D.
- He/She will assist colleagues in the performance of administrative commitments and perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by supervisors.
