Brief Description of the Position
•Assist in the reconciliation of PPE accounts. Assist in managing subsidiary ledgers for PPE generated from e-NGAS.
• Scan and merge vouchers and its supporting documents for submission to COA
• Prepare withholding tax forms 2307 and 2316
• Assist in inventory of equipment in the Main Office and field stations
• Perform other duties assigned from time to time.

Education
Completion of two-year studies in college or High School Graduate with relevant vocational/trade course

Knowledge in Accounting System, Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access)
