Monthly Salary: 25,453.00
Project Title: GeoRisk Philippines
Employment Status: Contract of Service
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Records minutes of the meetings.
2. Drafts related administrative reports, as may be required by supervisors.
3. Preferably able to review and draft contracts, Memorandum of Agreements, and other related documents.
4. Preferably able to propose marketing strategies for the promotion of the GeoRiskPH Projects.
5. Analyze and assess project budget estimates, financial plans, fund utilization reports.
6. Write articles on events, training, and other engagements.
7. Can collaborate with co-workers and other stakeholders.
8. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Educational Background:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration, Management, Communication, or any other related courses are encouraged to apply
Experience/Training/Competency:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Public relations, Demonstrates good written communication and interpersonal skills.
