Brief Description of the Position
- Handles procurement monitoring of goods and services and prepares documents related to acceptance of delivery.
- Handles submission to COA requirements related deliveries.
- Communicate with suppliers, end users and inspector related to delivery schedule, delivered goods and warranty requirements.
- Preparation of property numbering, tagging of delivered goods and releasing to end-users.
- Handle inventory of all PPE and prepare reports of inventory requirements.
- Prepare simple dashbaord of delivery monitoring and releasing.
- Handles the monthly status of projects and perform other functions as may be assigned.
