One (1) Project Administrative Aide III

 

Rate/Month: Php 21,064.00/month

 

Contract of Duration: January – June 2025

 

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Public Admin Courses, Public Relations Courses/Management, Business Administration

 

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage and prioritize volume of incoming and outgoing communication for the Deputy Director with high degree of discretion and trustworthiness,
2. Assist in basic archive and records management of OD.
3. Maintain calendar of activities and coordinate closely with OD staff.
4. Provide information and reminders to the Director III on administrative and day-to-day activities.
5. Other tasks as assigned by the Director III.

 

Experience/Training/Competency
1. Sufficient knowledge and practical experience on basic archives and records management, Email management, Virtual calendar management.
2. Computer literate, Basic-Intermediate Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) skills., proficient in various virtual meeting platforms.
3. Basic knowledge and experience on documents and records control on quality management system public relations skills, Communication skills.
