DOST-PHIVOLCS encourages the youth to take part in the poster-making and slogan-making online contests in observance of the World Tsunami Awareness Day (WTAD). This year’s theme is “Tsunami awareness, community preparedness, and proper response in the new normal”. 

The contests will run from September 25 to October 18, 2020. The winning artworks will be showcased during the tsunami advocacy campaign launching on November 5 as a culminating activity of WTAD. For more info and updates on WTAD, follow us on Facebook and visit our website.
